Q: Who is PFM di Pagano Franco and what is its history?

A: PFM di Pagano Franco was founded in 1991 as a company specializing in the technical assistance and maintenance of aesthetic devices for national brands. Over the years, and thanks to a deep passion for engineering, we have combined assistance with the design and direct production of electromedical devices, first in the physiotherapy sector and later in the advanced aesthetics sector. Since 1991, we have been working alongside professionals to shape their ideas.

Q: What sectors and operational areas does PFM cover?

A: Our electronic and mechanical know-how allows us to operate in diverse sectors. We design, produce, and repair advanced technologies for three major professional areas: Advanced Aesthetics, Aesthetic Medicine, and Physiotherapy/Rehabilitation.

Q: What aesthetic and aesthetic medicine machines do you produce directly?

A: We develop and produce a proprietary line of 6 cutting-edge technological platforms:
  1. Aderens: Tissue bio-regeneration platform based on the Shape method for tissue detachment, treatment of adhesions, cellulite and push-up of breasts and buttocks;
  2. Rainbow: 6-phase multi-technology regenerative system with dermabrasion and an exclusive integrated ozonated water and blower generator;
  3. CRK 450 C: Combined radiofrequency system (resistive and capacitive) equipped with the patented KROTZ handle for a toning, compressive micro-massage;
  4. Lipo 679: Multi-wave lipolaser with triple wavelength (650-760-908 NM) for the natural elimination of localized fat;
  5. Rul Plus: Top-of-the-range multi-technology platform for face and body with 909 nm lipolaser, deep resistive diathermy, vacuum and volumizing cups;
  6. TO 781: Professional multi-wave hair removal laser (755-808-1064 nm) with the advanced SHR Starck pulse methodology;
Q: Do you offer technical assistance on other brands of equipment?

A: Yes, multi-brand assistance has been the historical core of our business since 1991.
We offer a National, Multi-brand and Third-Party Technical Assistance service for any type of equipment in the aesthetics, aesthetic medicine and physiotherapy sectors.
We operate as direct technical partners both for individual centers and for external distributors or companies.

Q: How is the PFM technical laboratory different from other repair centers?

A: Unlike simple repairers who replace entire industrial parts (at high costs), we specialize in the direct repair and reconstruction of electronic boards and missing components.
This allows us to get complex equipment back up and running, reducing downtime and costs for the customer.

Q: Do you design and manufacture machinery for other brands?

A: Absolutely.
We offer a complete Third-Party Design service for Technological Systems (OEM/ODM).
We support our partners in every single phase: from feasibility studies to prototyping, up to the actual industrial production of customized electrical, electronic, and electromechanical systems.

Q: Do you offer support for upgrading old machinery and staff training?

A: Yes, we take care of updating and aligning existing aesthetic equipment in accordance with Ministerial Decree 206/2015. Furthermore, to ensure maximum safety and legality within the centers, we provide training courses for the qualification of using aesthetic equipment in full compliance with current laws.
