Q: Who is PFM di Pagano Franco and what is its history?
A: PFM di Pagano Franco was founded in 1991 as a company specializing in the technical assistance and maintenance of aesthetic devices for national brands. Over the years, and thanks to a deep passion for engineering, we have combined assistance with the design and direct production of electromedical devices, first in the physiotherapy sector and later in the advanced aesthetics sector. Since 1991, we have been working alongside professionals to shape their ideas.
Q: What sectors and operational areas does PFM cover?
A: Our electronic and mechanical know-how allows us to operate in diverse sectors. We design, produce, and repair advanced technologies for three major professional areas: Advanced Aesthetics, Aesthetic Medicine, and Physiotherapy/Rehabilitation.

Q: What aesthetic and aesthetic medicine equipment do you manufacture yourselves?
A: We develop and manufacture a proprietary line of 9 cutting-edge technology platforms:
- Aderens: A tissue bio-regeneration platform based on the Shape method for tissue release, treatment of adhesions and cellulite, and breast and gluteal lifting;
- Rainbow: A 6-phase multi-technology regenerative system featuring dermabrasion and an exclusive integrated generator for ozonated water and air;

Q: Do you provide technical support for equipment from other brands?
A: Yes, multi-brand support has been the core of our business since 1991.
We offer nationwide technical support—covering multiple brands and third-party services—for all types of equipment in the aesthetics, aesthetic medicine, and physiotherapy sectors.
We act as direct technical partners for individual centers, distributors, and external companies alike.
Q: What sets PFM’s technical laboratory apart from other repair centers?
A: Unlike standard repair services that simply replace entire industrial parts (often at high cost), we specialize in direct repair and the reconstruction of electronic circuit boards and missing components.
This allows us to restore complex equipment to working order while minimizing downtime and reducing costs for the client.
Third Party Design, Courses and Regulatory Compliance
Q: Do you design and manufacture machinery for other brands?
A: Absolutely.
We offer a comprehensive service for the contract design of technological systems (OEM/ODM).
We support our partners through every stage: from feasibility studies and prototyping to the actual industrial production of custom electrical, electronic, and electromechanical systems.
Q: Do you offer support for bringing older machinery into compliance and provide staff training?
A: Yes, we handle the upgrading and compliance alignment of existing aesthetic equipment in accordance with Ministerial Decree 206/2015. Furthermore, to ensure maximum safety and regulatory compliance within centers, we provide training courses for the authorized use of aesthetic equipment, fully adhering to current laws.
We are also equipped to assist companies with procedures related to the new European Regulation 745/2017.
